Need help with the new system?

Many would-be self-publisher's are struggling with Lulu's new system, especially with the cover. Successfully uploading an attractive book cover to Lulu requires an investment of knowledge, skill, and a bit of money to gain all of that. I personally use Adobe Photoshop & Acrobat 2020. Lulu's new system is a bit sensitive and will not accept files made with free or cheap programs. Inferior quality software could be part of your problem. However, if you must rely on free software to create your cover, I give you some free alternatives to choose from in the beginning of the class.

Instructor Bio

Ashan R. Hampton has worked as an English instructor in higher education for over 20 years. She is a proud graduate of the Donaghey Scholars Program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock under the direction of Dr. C. Earl Ramsey, Emeritus. With her doctoral studies on hold, Ashan has found success in online education. She produces and teaches original writing and grammar courses for global audiences.
